World Centric® compostable 16 oz clear round deli containers are made from PLA, which is derived from plants. Even though they are as light and strong as plastic, they fully break down when composted. Our deli containers are compostable, eco-friendly, freezer safe, and suitable for cold foods. Great for takeout food from the deli such as fruit, salads, and desserts. Composts in 2 to 4 months in a commercial composting facility. Not microwavable. PLA products should be stored in a cool place below 110° F and out of direct sunlight.
