The Dixie® Laminated Patty Paper by GP PRO are patty paper sheets ideal for frozen food interleaving. The 5.19x5.19 inch sheets prevent moisture absorption while maintining their integrity and neatly peeling away from food. These sheets are ideal for efficiently storing and preventing shrinkage of meats. The are drilled with 3 holes for use with the Hollymatic Super and 54 machines. Patty paper roll for interleaving, storing and handling meats and cheeses
