Eggs-So-Clean® pH Booster Egg Washing Booster 5 GAL Clear Mild Scent 1/Pail

Designed to use in conjunction with Eggs-So-Clean Egg Washing Compound, Eggs-So-Clean pH Booster is a 25% caustic solution designed to insure proper pH. Eggs-So-Clean pH Booster neutralizes the level of contaminants such as egg proteins, soils, and other egg waste in the wash water. This assures a pH level in keeping with Industry and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) guidelines of 10.0 or greater.
