Solid dual enzyme activated presoak quickly solubilizes and suspends food soils for sparkling onepass clean and a more efficient dishroom operation. Premium formula combines mild alkalines, low foaming surfactants and a proprietary blend of soil targeted, fast acting enzymes which rapidly penetrate difficult food service soils. 100% active and extremely economica.l Effective detarnisher will not harm sterling silver or other soft metal ware when used as directed. Low foaming, low VOC formulation contains no APE NPE and ETDA.
