8 oz. Bio-Snake Blocks contains bacteria that eliminate grease in grease traps by converting it to CO2 and H2O. They reduce grease trap odors by 96% and effluent BOD levels up to 80%. Bio-Snake Blocks will reduce the amount of scheduled pumping's and eliminate emergency service calls with regular use. Place one block in the center of the bottom of an empty 5-40 gallon trap or 2 blocks in a 40-80 gallon trap. The block sits on the bottom and dissolves slowly while building a bio-film on the inside walls of the trap and pipes. The bio-film works continuously digesting grease and fats keeping trap levels down and pipes clear.
