Coldfest® Food Pans keep contents chilled at or below HACCP guidelines of 41°F (4°C); without the use of messy ice, with ColdFest(R) Gastronorm Pans and crocks. Freeze for eight hours or overnight before filling with pre-chilled product. Third-size pans hold contents cold for up to eight hours. Conforms to Gastronorm exterior dimensions to fit standard food bars or make tables. Stackable to save space when freezing and storing. Can be used for direct food contact with all types of food products.
